My journey in golf began as an assistant professional, where I developed not just a love for the game, but a deep appreciation for the community that surrounds it. I later joined Today's Golfer, gaining valuable insight into the media side of the industry before moving into the charity sector - where I saw first-hand how vital fundraising is for charities, and how golf plays a big role in supporting those causes.
Over the years, I've taken on my own fundraising challenges and along the way, I noticed a gap: there wasn't a simple, dedicated platform to help golf club captains or charity golf days manage their fundraising efforts. That's why I created Swing2Good - a free, easy-to-use donation platform tailored to your captain year or golf day event. Whether you're hosting a traditional fundraiser or a challenge like the Longest Day, we're here to support you.
I believe in transparency and trust. That's why Swing2Good is completely free to use. Donations are only subject to the standard transaction fee from our payment provider - nothing more.
You can support any registered charity, or choose to work with our Charity of the Year. If you select your own cause, 5% of every donation will still go to our chosen charity to ensure they benefit from being part of the Swing2Good journey too, and Gift Aid is also available, helping to increase the impact of every donation even further.
Our vision is for Swing2Good to become the go-to platform for all golfers looking to raise money for charity. Please help us spread the word - and keep an eye out for what's coming next. We've got exciting plans to reward those who support and grow with us.
Enjoy your golfing year - and more importantly, let's raise more, together, for incredible causes.
